1810nm filter for near infrared on-line moisture meter
Infrared measurement is in the near infrared range NIR in-line moisture meters measure water molecules, dryness or fat contained in products on the assembly line using the 1810nm filter band. It is possible to measure both smooth surface products as well as rough granular materials. The infrared measurement technology is used to irradiate the product surface. The data obtained from the reflection is evaluated by a measuring instrument. All water molecules or fat molecules are identified in the spectral measurement range by the radiation lines left behind.
